Located in a small hamlet, close to the town of Lanouée, Gîte de Bogas is designed for 6 people.

On the ground floor of the house:
• A large dining room / living room / open kitchen of 45 m2 an TV,
• A 25 m2 lounge/games room with screen and DVD player,
• A large cellar,
• A bathroom with WC.

On the 1st floor:
• A large bedroom of 18 m2 with a 160 x 200 cm bed, table and armchairs, dressing room,
• A 13 m2 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed with dressing room,
• A large bedroom of 17 m2 with 2 beds of 90x 190 cm with storage.

Outside :
• A garden of 300 m2 facing south,
• A wooden garden shed with barbecue, garden table and chairs, deck chairs and sunbeds,
• Ample parking in front of the property, which can accommodate 3 or 4 vehicles.
